Selected consulting and collaborative engagements

All of the below projects were led by Prof. Soudeep Deb, in collaboration with various government / industry partners.

Real Estate Research Initiative, IIM Bangalore

This is a continuous collaboration with IIMB-RERI, and we jointly work on various exciting challenges in the domain of real estate markets. One of the major projects in this domain was on innovative spatial modelling techniques that helped us create India’s first scientific commercial rental index for understanding the dynamics of rental properties in various Indian cities. This index has later been extended to other applications as well, most notably an index for Global Capability Centres (GCC), which has provided important insights for different stakeholders.
